Job summary

Mavericks Consulting is a powerhouse of skilled IT professionals who love their craft and solve complex problems with agile software development. We are expanding our team of IT consultants and seeking eager Mavericks to join our HR team, learning through hands-on experiences in management, HR, recruitment and administration.

You’ll engage in profile reviews, interviews, and managing our job and recruitment channels, while contributing ideas to improve our company and processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum commitment of 4-6 months, with FT first 2 months and then PT
• No prior HR or IT experience required; induction provided
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Responsibilities

• Learn about different business functions within Mavericks
• Participate in management, HR, recruitment and administrative activities
• Review candidate profiles and conduct interviews to find the right fit
• Manage recruitment channels and propose process improvements
• Create content for the company’s social media and internal communications
• Support onboarding and guide new Mavericks into the company

Mavericks Consulting is a powerhouse of skilled IT professionals who love their craft. We solve complex business problems with simple working solutions by applying Agile software development practices. We want to expand our team of IT consultants and we need you to help us find the next Maverick!

We are looking for passionate Mavericks to join our HR team. You will be working in a dynamic and fast-paced team without the bureaucracy and redtapes. You will be involved in our management, HR and recruitment and administrative activities. You will have an opportunity to learn how a good company works. Apart from work, you will also make friends with fellow Mavericks through our company’s fun events like archery tag and escape rooms etc!

• Learn about various business functions within Mavericks.
• Learning and growing your skills to be a better professional and teammate.
• Conducting profile review and interviews with potential Mavericks to find “the one”, and learn how to conduct yourself better in future job interviews.
• Responsible for managing our job and recruitment channels.
• Proactively suggesting how we can improve our company, team and processes.
• Undertaking administrative tasks to help keep our team running smoothly.
• Brainstorming ideas and creating content for the company’s social media.
• Welcoming and guiding new mavericks into the company.
• Are interested in Business and Human Resource Management.
• Are able to commit to the commitment requirements below.
• Thrive working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Possess a proactive and positive learning mindset.
• Are capable and open to learning new technologies and applications.

This role is open to:

• Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents (PRs)
• International students that meet the job requirements, in line with their visa conditions.

Job Requirements

• Minimum commitment of 4-6 months, consisting of:
• First 2 months FT, and the rest part-time (PT)
• Any PT arrangements are subject to management approval
• All FT/PT arrangements are WFO
• Successful interns may continue on a full-time or part-time basis
