Job summary

Stigious Pte Ltd in Singapore is offering a trainee role designed to grow into a supervisory position. You will receive structured training and progressively handle daily operations with increasing independence.

As you develop, you will uphold the company’s Vision, Mission and Values, ensure policies are followed, and assist in recruiting and developing junior team members. This role includes supporting counselling and performance management as directed by management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in the service industry.
• Bachelor's degree completed.
• F&B experience is a plus.
