Job summary

TT EMPLOYMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a diligent facilities technician to ensure smooth operation, maintenance and repair of plumbing, electrical fixtures and general building systems within a busy shopping mall.

You will perform day-to-day operation, preventive maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical installations, attend to tenants’ M&E service requests, monitor contractors and uphold safety requirements through close supervision and compliance with safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operation, maintenance and repair works which includes (plumbing & sanitary systems, general maintenance / repair of electrical fixtures and fittings)
• Perform day to day operation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and carry out simple repair of mechanical & electrical installations within the shopping mall.
• Attend to tenants’ complaint on M&E services.
• Ensure safety in the workplace through close supervision and implementation of all safety requirements.
• Attend to ad hoc duties which may be assigned to you by the Management.
• Monitor all works performed by term contractors.
