dnata Singapore Pte Ltd seeks a maintenance technician to coordinate servicing, inspection, repair and preventive maintenance of equipment, plants and facilities to keep operations running with minimal downtime. You will plan PM programs, supervise technicians on shift, and ensure safety, reporting accuracy and timekeeping.

Candidates should have an ITE certificate in Building Maintenance and a Class 3 driving license; relevant maintenance experience is a plus.

Formación

• Minimum Vocational/ITE certificate or equivalent in Building Maintenance.
• Experience in servicing, inspection, repair and maintenance of equipment, plant and facilities.
• Must possess minimum LTA class 3 driving license.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate servicing, inspection, repair and maintenance to ensure minimum downtime.
• Plan and organize weekly and daily PM programs.
• Oversee technicians on shift and maintain discipline.
• Coordinate repairs and overhauls at component and system level to minimize disruption.
• Ensure quick troubleshooting and re-activate equipment with minimal delays.
• Verify daily job sheets and timekeeping.
• Maintain safe working environment and equipment condition.
• Ensure workshop equipment is in good condition.
• Verify BER for replacement parts.
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned; comply with safety policies.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinate servicing, inspection, repair and maintenance of equipment, plant, and facilities to ensure minimum downtime

• Plan and organize Weekly and Daily Preventive Maintenance (PM) Program

• Responsible for the performance and discipline of the technicians on shift duty

• Coordinate minor and major repairs, replacement & overhaul of equipment, plant, and facilities at component & system level, to ensure minimum disruption to operations

• Ensure quick response to trouble-shoot, rectify, and re-activate equipment, plant, and facilities. If unable, to organize recovery to workshop to repair, rectify and make good, and put back into operation with minimum delays and downtime

• Verify the accuracy of computer daily job sheets and time keeping

• Monitor and review work methods, conditions, and housekeeping to ensure safe working environment

• Verify and ensure workshop equipment are maintained in good working condition

• Verify parts for replacement are beyond economic repair (BER) and cannot be reconditioned

• Any other duties as assigned

• Ensure compliance with all workplace safety, security, and health policies and procedure

• Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the reporting manager or department head

Requirements

• Minimum Vocational/ITE certificate or equivalent in Building Maintenance

• Experience in servicing, inspection, repair and maintenance of equipment, plant and facilities will be an added advantage

• Must possess minimum LTA class 3 driving license
