Qualifications

• Education in cyber security or related field; hands-on IT experience acceptable at 1–2 years.
• Experience with post-sales cybersecurity deployments and system integration.
• Certifications (CCNA, CCSA or equivalent) preferred.
• Strong networking fundamentals: IP routing, switching, and infrastructure.
• Familiarity with Windows/Linux, virtualization, and security troubleshooting tools.

Responsibilities

• Execute post-sales implementation activities for local and regional enterprise cybersecurity projects.

Job Summary

The Security Engineer is responsible for delivering end-to-end post-sales implementation, technical deployment, and ongoing 24x7 maintenance support for enterprise Cybersecurity and Network Performance Monitoring solutions. Participating in local and regional large-scale projects, this hands-on technical role encompasses configuration, system integration, testing, user acceptance, and troubleshooting across various security domains (including Endpoint Security, SIEM, and Vulnerability Management). The Security Engineer works directly with clients to resolve complex technical queries, manage system health, and ensure seamless solution operations.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Implementation & Technical Deployment

• Execute post-sales implementation activities for local and regional enterprise cybersecurity projects.

• Perform on-site and remote system installation, configuration, network integration, testing, and commissioning of security solutions.

• Produce clear technical documentation, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sign-offs, system configuration guides, and operational handbooks.

Technical Support, Maintenance & Troubleshooting

• Deliver post-implementation technical support, systematically diagnosing and clarifying customer technical queries using knowledge base research and root-cause analysis.

• Participate in routine 24x7 standby rotation schedules to handle emergency support calls, system outages, and maintenance tickets.

• Perform system updates, health checks, and patch management to maintain optimal operational performance.

RODUCT & TECHNICAL SPECIALIZATIONS

• Endpoint Security & Desktop Support: Trellix (Endpoint protection/EDR), Tanium (Endpoint management, compliance, or 2+ years of Level-1 desktop/infrastructure support experience).

• SIEM & Log Analytics: Experience working with SIEM platforms, log parsing, or 2 years of technical experience in a development/systems environment.

• Vulnerability & Exposure Management: Tenable (Enterprise Vulnerability Management, Exposure Management, and technical solution deployment).

• Network & Security Infrastructure: Routing and switching fundamentals, network performance monitoring tools, firewalls, and network access controls.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant hands-on IT experience in network support, system administration, or cybersecurity implementation.

• Certifications: Possess CCNA, CCSA, or equivalent industry certifications (e.g., vendor-specific deployment certifications) is highly preferred.

• Solid understanding of core networking technologies (IP Routing, Switching, Network Infrastructure).

• Familiarity with Windows/Linux environments, virtualization, and security troubleshooting tools.
