Job summary

RECRUIT EXPERT PTE. LTD. seeks a Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Specialist to support clients with implementation, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting of security and networking solutions in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

The successful candidate will provide technical advisory, work with Tanium, Trellix, Check Point, Arista, SIEM, and Trend Micro offerings, and collaborate with customers and internal teams on requirements and delivery.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, or related discipline.
• 2+ years in cybersecurity, network infrastructure, endpoint management or IT systems support.
• Experience in at least one area: Trellix/Trend Micro endpoint security, Tanium endpoint management, Check Point network security, Arista infrastructure, SIEM.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking concepts, and cybersecurity principles.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills; able to work independently and in a team.

• Provide technical support and advisory services for assigned cybersecurity or infrastructure solutions.
• Assist in solution implementation, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting activities.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to understand requirements and deliver suitable technical solutions.
• Perform system monitoring, issue investigation, and provide recommendations to improve security and infrastructure performance.
• Support project deployment activities, documentation, and post-implementation support.
• Keep updated on emerging technologies and security trends to support continuous improvement.

Our client, an established technology solutions provider, is expanding its cybersecurity and infrastructure team to support enterprise customers and large-scale projects.

The successful candidate will be involved in the implementation, support, and technical advisory of security and networking solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and advisory services for assigned cybersecurity or infrastructure solutions.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity, network infrastructure, endpoint management, or IT systems support.
• Experience in at least one of the following areas :Endpoint security solutions (Trellix / Trend Micro)Endpoint management platforms (Tanium)Network security solutions (Check Point)Enterprise network infrastructure (Arista)Security monitoring and SIEM platforms
• Good understanding of IT infrastructure, networking concepts, and cybersecurity principles.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills with the ability to engage customers and stakeholders.
