TALENT TRADER GROUP PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for the elevator industry in Singapore. You will lead maintenance operations, supervise technicians, and ensure safe, reliable lift performance across sites.

The ideal candidate has a technical diploma and hands-on elevator maintenance experience, with strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills to manage priorities and customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or technical qualification in Electrical, Mechanical or Mechatronics.
• Experience in elevator/lift maintenance, servicing, troubleshooting or repair.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of lift systems, maintenance procedures and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily elevator and lift maintenance activities.
• Lead technicians in preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, breakdown response and repairs.
• Ensure maintenance work complies with safety standards and regulations.
• Monitor equipment performance and pursue reliability improvements.
• Coordinate manpower, schedules, site assignments and emergency calls.
• Liaise with customers, building management, contractors and internal teams.
• Prepare maintenance reports and document service activities.
• Support technician development and uphold service quality.

Requirements

• Diploma or relevant technical qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in elevator/lift maintenance, servicing, troubleshooting, or repair.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience will be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of lift systems, maintenance procedures, and workplace safety practices.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
• Responsible, proactive, and able to manage maintenance priorities effectively.
