Job summary

Abbott Singapore is seeking an Engineering Scheduler based in Tuas to coordinate maintenance activities in line with production needs. You will set up yearly maintenance plans, align with production, allocate resources in MAXIMO, and generate performance reports.

The role requires 3–5 years in pharma/food/petrochemical maintenance, knowledge of MAXIMO, and strong communication; a related degree or diploma is required.

Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years of practical maintenance experience in a Pharmaceutical, Food, or Petrochemical Plant.
  • Knowledge in Project Management.
  • Experience with MAXIMO is preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.

Responsibilities

  • Set up yearly maintenance and projects plan with downtime budget.
  • Align yearly plan with production and stakeholders.
  • Develop weekly schedules from backlog and available hours.
  • Freeze and communicate weekly maintenance plan to stakeholders.
  • Monitor adherence and reschedule as needed.
  • Ensure MAXIMO reflects work order resource allocation and act as Super User.
  • Generate scheduling performance reports using Cognos capabilities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize maintenance execution windows.
