Job summary

VISION CREATIVE ENGINEERING in Singapore seeks a Maintenance Planner to plan, schedule and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities across building services and M&E systems. You will prepare detailed work orders and job plans, monitor timelines, ensure spares are available, and maintain maintenance records and reports to support safe, efficient operations.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Facilities Management, with experience

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
• Experience in maintenance planning or engineering operations.
• Experience in planning preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Prepare detailed maintenance work orders, schedules, and job plans.
• Coordinate with maintenance operations to ensure smooth maintenance works.
• Monitor maintenance schedules and ensure works are completed within the planned timeline.
• Review equipment maintenance history.
• Ensure required spare parts and materials are available before work commencement.
• Records of maintenance and maintenance reports.
• Monitor outstanding and overdue maintenance tasks
• Track maintenance costs
