Job summary

Mondelēz International in Southeast Asia seeks a Maintenance Lead to drive line stability and maintenance excellence across packaging and production lines. You will own equipment, PM systems, and cost controls while coaching technicians and partnering with reliability teams for improvements.

The role focuses on advancing autonomous and preventive maintenance, with strong emphasis on TPM practices and line-level leadership to sustain high SQCDSM performance.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of autonomous maintenance and PM standards.
• Ability to lead line teams and coach SWP owners.
• Experience with TPM Phase 3/4 problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead the line to achieve SQCDSM targets and participate in daily management systems.
• Own technology, process and centerline settings for equipment and PM systems.
• Develop and execute preventive maintenance plans; build technician capabilities.
• Collaborate with Asset and Reliability teams for improvements and cost reduction.
• Provide Change Management on lines and regional/global technology forums.
