Mondelez International AMEA is seeking a Manufacturing Operator who will independently operate and maintain at least one process or equipment in line with autonomous maintenance (AM) standards, contributing to safety, quality, cost, and delivery targets.

Under coaching, you will operate and maintain equipment, apply AM and PM standards, ensure safety processes are followed, and report losses to drive continuous improvement across the site.

Competenze

• Experience operating and maintaining manufacturing equipment using autonomous maintenance (AM) standards.
• Ability to read and write; fluency in communication as appropriate to site.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality.

How you will contribute

You are a key ingredient in changing how the world snacks. With coaching, you will operate and maintain equipment to deliver on our safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability and morale targets. You will use execute all standard work processes on your equipment using AM (autonomous maintenance) and PM (progressive maintenance) standards and ensure that safety processes are observed, and that quality assurance activities are performed. You will understand the losses in their area and equipment and report them.
