Elitez Pte Ltd is seeking a Maintenance & Facility Engineer to support maintenance, troubleshooting, repair and improvement of production machinery and site facilities in a manufacturing setting. You will contribute to preventive and corrective maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives.

The role emphasizes hands-on maintenance, root-cause analysis and collaboration with OEMs, contractors and suppliers to ensure equipment reliability and minimal downtime.

Qualificações

• Degree or diploma in mechanical/electrical engineering with relevant experience.
• Hands-on maintenance, troubleshooting and repair experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with CNC machines (lathe, milling, gear) is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems.

Responsabilidades

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting and repair on production machines and site facilities.
• Respond to breakdowns to minimise downtime and disruptions.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programmes.
• Support TPM and continuous improvement initiatives.

About the role

We are looking for a Maintenance & Facility Engineer to support the maintenance, troubleshooting, repair and improvement of production machinery, site facilities, instruments and equipment in a manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will be involved in both preventive and corrective maintenance, breakdown troubleshooting, equipment improvement and continuous improvement activities.

Key responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of production machines, site facilities, instruments and equipment.
• Respond to machine breakdowns, malfunctions and urgent maintenance issues to minimise production downtime.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance (PM) programmes and practices.
• Support corrective maintenance, TPM and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Troubleshoot and maintain manufacturing equipment, including CNC lathe, milling and gear machines, as well as cleaning lines, furnaces and plating equipment.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions to improve equipment reliability.
• Support machine and equipment installation and commissioning.
• Coordinate with OEMs, machine agents, contractors and suppliers for repairs, calibration and preventive maintenance.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records in the CMMS system.
• Provide technical recommendations on maintenance requirements and equipment improvements.

About you

• Degree with at least 2 years' relevant experience OR Diploma with at least 5 years' relevant experience in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant maintenance engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience in troubleshooting, repair, maintenance and equipment improvement.
• Experience in manufacturing machine maintenance is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems.
• Experience with CNC machinery, preferably CNC lathe, milling and gear machines.
• Experience with preventive/corrective maintenance, TPM and root-cause analysis.
• Experience in reducing machine downtime and improving equipment reliability.Good analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently as well as with internal teams, OEMs, contractors and suppliers.
