Job summary

Elitez Pte Ltd is seeking a Maintenance & Facility Engineer to support maintenance, troubleshooting, repair and improvement of production machinery and site facilities in a manufacturing setting. You will contribute to preventive and corrective maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives.

The role emphasizes hands-on maintenance, root-cause analysis and collaboration with OEMs, contractors and suppliers to ensure equipment reliability and minimal downtime.

Qualifications

Degree or diploma in mechanical/electrical engineering with relevant experience.
Hands-on maintenance, troubleshooting and repair experience in manufacturing.
Experience with CNC machines (lathe, milling, gear) is preferred.
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems.

Responsibilities

Perform maintenance, troubleshooting and repair on production machines and site facilities.
Respond to breakdowns to minimise downtime and disruptions.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programmes.
Support TPM and continuous improvement initiatives.
Coordinate with vendors for repairs, calibration and preventive maintenance.
Maintain accurate maintenance records in CMMS.
