Job summary

Lineage is seeking an Executive, Facility Maintenance for our Mandai Link facility in Singapore. You will lead maintenance programs for critical infrastructure, coordinate contractors, and drive reliability and compliance in a fast-paced industrial environment.

The role emphasizes hands-on problem solving, strong stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement within a global cold-chain logistics setting.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, Refrigeration, Mechatronics, or related technical discipline.
• Extensive experience in maintenance, engineering or project environments.
• Experience supervising contractors and coordinating maintenance activities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CMMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage preventive maintenance programs across facility assets including refrigeration, warehouse equipment, electrical and fire protection systems.
• Monitor maintenance performance and analyze equipment trends to improve reliability and uptime.
• Lead corrective maintenance activities to ensure timely resolution of breakdowns.
• Collaborate with contractors, vendors and stakeholders to deliver safe maintenance outcomes.
• Support facility upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and enhance CMMS processes.
• Provide technical guidance and back up the Site Engineering Lead when required.

We're looking for an Executive, Facility Maintenance to join our Singapore Engineering team at our Mandai Link facility. What You'll Be Doing

As a key member of our Engineering team, you'll help ensure our critical infrastructure, equipment, and facilities operate safely, efficiently, and reliably.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and coordinating preventive maintenance programs across facility assets, including refrigeration systems, warehouse equipment, electrical systems, fire protection systems, MHE, and automated storage solutions.
• Monitoring maintenance performance and analysing equipment trends to improve reliability and operational uptime.
• Leading and coordinating corrective maintenance activities to ensure timely resolution of breakdowns and equipment issues.
• Working closely with contractors, vendors, and operational stakeholders to deliver safe, high-quality maintenance outcomes.
• Supporting facility upgrades, maintenance projects, and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with operational and regulatory requirements.
• Maintaining accurate maintenance records and contributing to the ongoing implementation and enhancement of CMMS processes.
• Providing technical guidance and acting as backup support for the Site Engineering Lead when required.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who combines strong technical expertise with a hands-on, solutions-focused approach.

You will bring:

• A Diploma or higher qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, Refrigeration, Mechatronics, or a related technical discipline.
• Extensive experience within maintenance, engineering, or project environments.
• Experience in warehouses, logistics facilities, manufacturing plants, food processing environments, temperature-controlled operations, industrial refrigeration, automated material handling systems, or ASRS environments.
• In-depth knowledge of facility management, equipment maintenance, and workplace safety standards.
• Experience supervising contractors and coordinating maintenance activities.
• Acute problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ideally maintenance management systems (CMMS).
