Job summary

Victor Enterprises Pte Ltd seeks a capable supervisor to lead a team of Technicians performing M&E maintenance and repair works across office buildings, commercial properties and POL equipment.

You will plan, schedule and supervise daily maintenance work orders, ensuring tasks meet standards while following safety protocols. Mandarin proficiency helps coordinate with stakeholders and enhances operational flow.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant supervision experience in M&E maintenance.
• Experience in commercial properties or POL maintenance preferred.
• WSH & FSM certifications advantageous.
• Proficient in Mandarin for stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and supervise daily maintenance work orders.
• Assign and monitor work orders, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to the required standards.
• Follow established maintenance and company protocol and regulatory requirements for a safe work practice.
• Manage stakeholders' concerns and update for smooth work operation.
• Prepare and submit job costing and quotations when required.

About the role

About you

• Degree/ Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

• At least 5 years of relevant working experiences in M&E maintenance supervision

• Experience in commercial property or POL maintenance would be useful

• Certification in WSH & FSM would be advantageous

• Proficient in Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
