TWG TEA COMPANY PTE. LTD. is seeking a diligent Machine Operator to operate and monitor production machinery, perform basic troubleshooting, and ensure safe, efficient operation.

The role includes supporting logistics tasks such as packing, labeling, and warehouse organization, with emphasis on hygiene and safety in a food processing setting. Qualifications include GCE 'N'/'O' Level and a basic certificate in mechanical engineering; experience with HACCP/SFA is advantageous.

Qualificações

• Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' Level.
• Preferably possess a basic certificate in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
• Knowledge or experience in operating production machinery
• Basic knowledge of machinery troubleshooting.
• Experience in HACCP/SFA requirements would be advantageous.
• Prior experience in a food processing factory is a plus.
• Hardworking and responsible.
• Able to lift heavy loads up to 15kg.
• Flexible attitude and willingness to learn.
• 5.5-day work week.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Perform basic troubleshooting of machinery when required.
• Assist in identifying and resolving minor mechanical or operational issues.
• Ensure production machinery is operated safely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper handling of production equipment.
• Report any machinery faults or technical issues to the supervisor.
• To measure and package goods according to required standards.
• To label and ensure labels are correctly affixed.
• To ensure workplace health, hygiene and safety requirements are met.
• To ensure the safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely packing and dispatch of goods.
• To assist in the arrangement of goods within the warehouse and organise special requirements for certain stock, such as fragile products.
• To assist in other warehousing and/or logistic activities when necessary.
