Job summary

Qualifications

• Secondary education or equivalent.
• Experience in food manufacturing is an advantage.
• Understanding of food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety.
• Ability to operate processing equipment with on-the-job training.
• Physically fit to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Able to follow SOPs and supervisor directions.
• Meticulous and able to maintain cleanliness.
• Team player in a fast-paced production environment.
• Willing to work overtime, weekends or public holidays when required.

• Prepare raw materials for processing (e.g. washing, cutting, mixing)


• Monitor production processes and adjust settings to maintain quality and efficiency


• Inspect raw and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards


• Pack, label, and store finished goods according to specifications


• Maintain a clean and safe work environment following food safety regulations (e.g. GMP, HACCP)


• Report equipment malfunctions or product issues to the supervisor


• Follow all workplace health and safety regulations

Job Requirements
