Job summary

IDEALS RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is hiring for a well-established electronic manufacturer.

The role involves operating machines, assembling, checking, and packing products according to company standards, inspecting for defects, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment to meet production targets. Working hours offer two options: 8-hour rotating shifts (Mon–Fri, with Sat) and 12-hour day/night shifts. Training begins with a two-week morning shift.

Qualifications

• No experience welcome; training provided.
• Being comfortable with shift work and able to start immediately is preferred.

• Operate machines and equipment for daily production work.
• Assemble, check, and pack products according to company standards.
• Inspect products for defects and inform the supervisor of any issues.
• Keep the work area clean, tidy, and safe at all times.
• Follow work instructions and safety rules to meet production targets.

Job description

Well-established Electronic Manufacturer

Salary Package:

• Basic $1800 - 1900
• $100 Monthly Attendance Allowance
• Shift Allowances up to $20/day + OT pay

Working Location: 3 stops away from Woodlands bus interchange

Working Hours : Option 1: 8 Hours Rotating Shift (5 or 5.5 days per week)

• Shift A / Mon - Fri :7am - 3pm / Sat :7am - 1pm
• Shift B / Mon - Fri: 3pm - 11pm & Sat : 1pm - 7pm
• Shift C / Mon - Fri : 11pm - 7am

Option 2: 12 Hours Day/Night Shift (3443 shift)

• 7am to 7pm | 7pm to 7am
• Required to attend a 2-week morning shift for training
