Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer Graduate (Global E-Commerce, Risk Control) to join the ECRC team in Singapore. You will work on building and productionizing ML/LLM solutions to protect the ecommerce ecosystem and prevent fraud in real-time as part of a global initiative.

The role requires a PhD in a technical field, strong coding skills, and the ability to work across cross-functional teams to deliver scalable risk-control technologies.

Qualifications

• PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Strong coding skills in at least one programming language.
• Experience with ML/LLM/Agentic systems and common frameworks preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop domain-specific ML/LLMs/Agents to prevent fraudulent cross-domain activity.
• Analyze large datasets to detect abnormal user behavior and evolving risk patterns.
• Deploy and monitor AI pipelines for real-time prevention under global traffic.
• Assess effectiveness of solutions and iterate with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with software platforms to deploy and monitor models.
