Job summary

FPT Asia Pacific is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support delivery and coordination of multiple digital product and transformation initiatives for clients in Singapore. You will work closely with internal product teams, vendors, technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure projects meet timelines, governance requirements and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery across multiple digital initiatives and workstreams with milestone tracking and reporting.
• Maintain project documentation, action logs, RAID registers, meeting minutes and status reports.
• Coordinate Agile/Sprint activities and dependency tracking.
• Track deliverables with vendors and internal teams; manage risks and dependencies.
• Coordinate UAT planning, defect tracking, issue resolution and release readiness.
• Support PSC and governance forums with materials and action tracking.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement across business, product, technical and vendor teams.
• Support user training, communications, rollout and adoption activities.
• Monitor schedules, risks, issues, dependencies and deliverables; escalate as needed.

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to support the delivery and coordination of multiple digital product and transformation initiatives.

The role will work closely with internal product teams, vendors, technical teams, and business stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered according to agreed timelines, governance requirements, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project delivery across multiple digital initiatives and workstreams, including milestone tracking, progress monitoring, and project reporting.
• Maintain project documentation, action logs, RAID registers (Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies), meeting minutes, and status reports.
• Coordinate Agile/Sprint activities, including sprint ceremonies, follow-ups, and dependency tracking.
• Work closely with vendors and internal teams to track deliverables, outstanding actions, risks, and project dependencies.
• Coordinate UAT activities, including test planning, defect tracking, issue resolution, and release readiness.
• Support Project Steering Committee (PSC) meetings and other governance forums by preparing materials, documenting decisions, and tracking follow-up actions.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement activities across business, product, technical, and vendor teams.
• Support user training, communications, rollout, and adoption activities.
• Monitor project schedules, risks, issues, dependencies, and deliverables and elevate concerns where required.
• Support overall project planning, coordination, tracking, reporting, and governance activities.

Requirements

• Relevant degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• Experience in IT project management, digital product delivery, or digital transformation projects.
• Strong experience coordinating projects involving multiple stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams.
• Hands‑on experience with project governance, milestone tracking, RAID management, status reporting, and project documentation.
• Experience coordinating UAT, defect management, release readiness, and production rollout activities.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies and sprint ceremonies.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, documentation, and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams, dependencies, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Experience supporting Singapore Public Sector / Government digital projects would be advantageous.
• Experience working within structured governance and reporting environments would be advantageous.

Role Focus

This is primarily a delivery management, project governance, and coordination role. The Project Manager will support the internal product team in driving execution and delivery, while product strategy, prioritisation, and business decision‑making remain with the client.
