Job summary

FPT Asia Pacific in Singapore is seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to support enterprise applications, data replication, system integrations and digital platforms. The successful candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams and vendors to gather requirements, analyse dependencies and ensure reliable data exchange across enterprise systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, Application Support or Enterprise Data Platforms.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder management and technical analysis.
• Good knowledge of Oracle databases, SQL, data replication and system integrations.
• Familiarity with Oracle GoldenGate (OGG), CDC or similar technologies.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs, web services, authentication and integration patterns.
• Experience in SIT, UAT, deployment coordination and production support.
• Knowledge of Agile, DevOps, DevSecOps and tools such as Jira, Confluence or Azure DevOps.
• Understanding of AWS, cloud platforms, Kubernetes and containerised applications.
• Basic knowledge of Linux/RHEL, networking, firewalls, load balancers and infrastructure troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with data migration, reconciliation, validation and data quality management.
• Understanding of cybersecurity, vulnerability management and technology audits.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication and problem-solving skills.
