Job summary

FPT Asia Pacific in Singapore seeks an experienced Platform Operations Engineer to design, operate, and secure cloud-hosted applications on Microsoft Azure. You will collaborate with application teams and contractors to ensure compliant, highly available platforms.

Responsibilities include designing secure Azure infrastructure, enabling CI/CD pipelines, implementing observability, and managing incidents per ITIL. Knowledge of Zero Trust and Singapore government IM8 is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience designing, implementing, and operating Microsoft Azure environments.
• Strong understanding of Azure infrastructure, security, networking, identity, monitoring, and platform operations.
• Experience supporting cloud-hosted enterprise applications and production environments.
• Experience implementing or supporting CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience with monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability solutions.
• Good understanding of ITIL processes, particularly Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
• Experience performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
• Knowledge of Zero Trust security principles and cloud governance.
