Job summary

DOVRE SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced M&P Supervisor to oversee major Plant Turnaround/Shutdown activities. You will supervise mechanical and piping teams, ensuring safe, efficient work aligned with project requirements and client expectations.

The role emphasizes leadership, planning, and coordination across operations, maintenance, and safety disciplines, with a focus on timely execution and adherence to procedures.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Technical Certificate/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in refinery, petrochemical, oil & gas, power, or industrial plants.
• Must have completed at least 2–3 Plant Turnaround/Shutdown projects in a supervisory role.
• Experience supervising mechanical maintenance, static equipment, rotating equipment, piping systems, valves, heat exchangers, vessels, and related activities.
• Good understanding of PTW systems, flange management, hydrotesting, and industrial safety requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, isometric drawings, and technical documentation.
• Strong leadership, planning, and coordination skills.

Responsibilities
