Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum NITEC or at least 2 years relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Daily inspection of critical M&E systems (e.g. sprinklers, chillers).
• Operation of chiller plant per scheduled hours.
• Monitoring and response to fire alarm activations.
• Facilitation of contractors’ access to M&E areas.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by SUSS.
