Job summary

CBM Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a maintenance technician to perform daily inspection of critical M&E systems, including sprinklers and chillers. You will operate the chiller plant according to scheduled hours and monitor fire alarm activations, ensuring quick response when needed.

You will coordinate contractor access to M&E areas and handle other ad-hoc duties as assigned by SUSS, contributing to safe and reliable facility operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum NITEC or at least 2 years relevant experience.
