Job summary

RICH CONSTRUCTION COMPANY PTE. LTD. is looking for a qualified candidate to handle M&E works at our projects in Singapore. You will attend site meetings with consultants, supervise M&E works, and coordinate efforts with sub-contractors to ensure timely completion.

The ideal applicant must possess a Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and at least 5 years of experience in main contractors, ideally on large-scale projects. Strong leadership skills are crucial for this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is required.
• A minimum of 5 years working experience in main contractors is necessary.
• Ability to work independently and strong leadership qualities are essential.

• Ensure M&E works are carried out according to specifications / drawings
• Inform Project Director / Project Manager on any technical / site problems pertaining to M&E works
• Supervise the progress of M&E works on site
• Coordination of sub-contractor's M&E work and ensuring the work is on schedule
