Job summary

Staffhub Group is seeking an experienced MEP Supervisor to lead coordination of mechanical, electrical and plumbing services on high-rise building projects in Singapore. The role requires close supervision of MEP works, ensuring alignment with drawings, specifications and project timelines, while maintaining safety and quality standards on site.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical or equivalent is required.
• Knowledge of MEP services and familiarity with local code of practice is essential.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in high-rise building projects.
• Certifications in WSH Supervisory, Lifting Supervisor, Scaffold, Work at Height, Confined Space Supervisor are required.

Responsibilities

• Performs MEP services coordination with subcontractors and supervision works according to drawings, specifications and schedule.
• Supervise and coordinate M&E services with other departments to meet project timelines.
• Ensure safety compliance and quality control of materials/equipment on site.
• Liaise with stakeholders and carry out inspections with RE & RTO.
• Record and ensure proper documentation.
• Any other duties as assigned.

• Applicants should have certification in Supervise Construction Work for WSH (formerly known as BCSS), Lifting Supervisor, Scaffold, Work at Height, Confined Space Supervisor
• A team player with the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
