Job summary

CHINA CONSTRUCTION REALTY CO. PTE. LTD.

is seeking a site-oriented M&E coordinator to oversee progress on our Singapore project. You will coordinate and monitor M&E work, conduct periodical site inspections, and attend construction meetings to ensure alignment with the schedule. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, has at least 3 years of relevant experience, and can work independently with minimal guidance while collaborating effectively with sub-contractors

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Min 3 years relevant experience in the related field for this position.
• Be able to work independently with minimum guidance.
• Good team player, keen desire to learn, contribute, advance and progress with the company.
