Job summary

TERS CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee building & infrastructure works with a focus on quality and safety, applying M&E engineering expertise to meet project timelines.

The role requires a Diploma in mechanical/electrical, 3+ years' supervision experience, and QSS accreditation. Working location is Lorong Halus with shuttle transport from Kovan MRT; 44 hours/week and shift work are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of experience supervising buildings works, preferably with LTA bus depot projects.
• Diploma in the mechanical/electrical discipline with qualification accredited by the Commissioner of Building Control.
• Accreditation by JAC of IES/ACES as a Qualified Site Supervisor (QSS).

Responsibilities

• Oversee building & infrastructure construction activities to ensure compliance with engineering specifications and safety standards
• Coordinate with project teams to monitor progress and resolve construction issues effectively
• Apply knowledge of M&E engineering principles to supervise construction quality and methods
• Manage shift work schedules to maintain continuous site operations and meet project deadlines
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and accreditation requirements during construction supervision
