Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee project activities at Toa Payoh, Singapore. You will coordinate manpower, materials and subcontractors, ensure safety and quality, and manage deliveries and inspections on site.

Responsibilites include implementing safety rules, conducting inspections with the Engineer, and ensuring timely handovers to customers. 5.5 working days with a typical 8.30am–5.30pm (Fri) schedule.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in site supervision.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and vendors.
• Familiar with Permit-to-Work and site safety procedures.
• Ability to handle site inspections, documentation and handover.

Responsibilities

• Execute and coordinate assigned project activities.
• Assist with requisition of manpower, materials, equipment and other resources.
• Oversee handling, storage and usage of materials and equipment to minimise wastage.
• Supervise subcontractors and vendors and monitor quality and progress.
• Coordinate material deliveries and ensure timely site delivery.
• Conduct incoming material and equipment inspections with the Engineer.
• Arrange site inspections with clients and main contractors and provide updates.
• Ensure compliance with site safety requirements and obtain Permit-to-Work.
• Communicate site changes to the drafter and update relevant documents.
• Raise NCRs for non-conforming products and ensure proper handover to customers.
