Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a capable site/project coordinator for the Toa Payoh area. You will oversee multiple projects, ensuring progress aligns with requirements and schedules while coordinating resources and subcontractors.

You will liaise with clients and authorities, monitor safety practices, manage procurement and contract administration, and support handover upon completion. Experience in engineering projects and strong data analysis are essential.

Qualifications

• Reading, interpreting and applying technical information and drawings.
• Experience in project planning, site coordination and subcontractor supervision.
• Proficient in data gathering and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee assigned projects, ensuring work progresses according to project requirements and schedule.
• Requisition resources required for projects, including labour, materials, equipment and other resources.
• Plan and coordinate timely delivery of materials and resources while minimising wastage.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and supervise their work to ensure project progress meets schedule.
• Liaise with customers, consultants, clerks-of-work and statutory authorities on project progress, plan approvals and site matters.
• Coordinate with the Purchasing Department on the delivery of items purchased for the project.
• Handle contract administration, including claims, disputes, variations and final accounts, and ensure proper project handover to customers upon completion.
• Conduct project planning, prepare and manage shop drawings, Material Requisitions and Quality Plans.
• Monitor and control material stock at site, conduct incoming material and equipment inspections, and perform quality checks on work done.
• Ensure site execution follows valid approved drawings and relevant Architect, Engineer, client or main contractor instructions.
• Raise non-conformance reports and execute corrective methods where required.
• Ensure safety practices are followed, arrange overtime work when necessary, and resolve work coordination or technical issues at site.
