Job summary

CROWN RACHEL PTE. LTD. is seeking a site coordinator to work with the Project Manager, coordinating M&E works with Consultants and subcontractors, and ensuring works align with drawings and specs.

You will attend site meetings, monitor progress, report status to the PM, and liaise with Contractors on-site to keep projects on schedule. Strong communication and on-site coordination skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Coordinate and liaise with contractors on-site to ensure M&E works align with drawings and specs.
• Study M&E drawings and coordinate with consultants and subcontractors to resolve technical or site issues.
• Attend site meetings with consultants and report progress to the Project Manager.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and liaise with Contractors at Job-Site to ensure timely M&E execution.
• Monitor project status and report back to Project Manager on progress.
• Attend site meetings with consultants to discuss changes and resolve issues.
• Study M&E drawings and coordinate with consultants and subcontractors to ensure compliance with drawings.
• Inform Project Director/PM of technical or site problems relating to M&E works.
• Supervise the progress of M&E works on site.
• Coordinate sub-contractor's M&E work to keep on schedule.

Job description

Report to Job Sites, Work closely with Project Manager to manage projects.

• In charge of coordinating and liaising with Contractors at Job-Site
• Monitor project status and report back to Project Manager(PM)
• Attend site meetings with consultants;
• Study M&E drawings and coordinate M&E works with the consultants and sub-contractors to resolve any technical / site issues;
• Ensure M&E works are carried out according to specifications / drawings;
• Inform Project Director / Project Manager on any technical / site problems pertaining to M&E works;
• Supervise the progress of M&E works on site;
• Coordination of sub-contractor's M&E work and ensuring the work is on schedule.
