Responsibilities

• Lead, facilitate and mange a team of M & E Department.
• Liaise with project teams to drive initiatives to improve construction work processes.
• Liaise with authorities on incentives and productivity related issues under the guidance of Senior Manager.
• Prepare proposals for submission to authorities
• Prepare progress reports
• Prepare & Submission of RFI/FCR.
• Shop Drawing/Material Review & Submission.
• Attend to all relevant contracts administration and documentation for project.
• To work out cost estimation/ budgetary cost on electrical services
• Liside with suppliers for quotations
• To supervise the overall site works related to M&E service and ensure in line with safety requirements
• To liaise with respective parties on checking of drawings
• Attending to all site meetings with owner, consultants and main-contractors on all matters relating to the project operation and coordination
