Century Building Construction Pte. Ltd. seeks an experienced M&E Supervisor to plan, supervise, and monitor mechanical and electrical works on construction sites, ensuring safety, quality, and design compliance.

You will coordinate with clients and contractors to resolve technical issues and deliver timely project progress reports. The role requires reading CAD, Revit, and Navisworks 3D models; 1–3 years in construction or civil engineering; willingness to be based at the project site office

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Ability to read and interpret CAD, Revit, and Navisworks 3D models.

Plan, develop, and monitor work schedules to ensure timely completion of M&E tasks.
Supervise and coordinate M&E work on site to maintain quality and safety standards.
Prepare detailed progress reports for clients and project managers, highlighting delays and rectification measures.
Inspect and assess temporary works to ensure compliance with regulations.
Verify that all M&E works conform to design specifications and quality standards.
Conduct site inspections to ensure workmanship and performance meet required standards.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to resolve technical interfacing issues.
Verify reports and claims submitted by subcontractors and suppliers for accuracy.
