• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction supervision of M&E building services works for residential projects.
• Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience in coordination of transit projects with BIM, with a full understanding of the design approval process and BCA TOP requirements.
• Strong logical thinking and analytical skills.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
• Experience in high-rise residential/commercial projects will be an advantage.
• Candidates with extensive experience and a proven track record will be considered for a Senior position.

Aufgaben
