PERMANENT PERSONNEL SERVICES PTE LTD is seeking a Quantity Surveyor (M&E) in Singapore to oversee cost management for plumbing, sanitary, and irrigation projects. You will focus on financial oversight and work closely with the management team to ensure budget compliance.

The ideal candidate has a degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, or Civil/Mechanical Engineering, 1–3 years of relevant experience, and strong Excel skills to support project reporting and cost tracking.

Formación

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, or Civil/Mechanical Engineering.
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex M&E drawings and technical project specifications.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis and project reporting.
• Ability to work with project managers and external subcontractors on commercial matters.
• Fresh graduates with relevant academic backgrounds and internships will be considered.

Responsabilidades

• Take accurate quantity take-offs from M&E drawings for plumbing, sanitary, and irrigation systems.
• Prepare and submit monthly progress claims and track certified amounts against budgets.
• Issue RFQs and negotiate terms with subcontractors and material suppliers.
• Assess and verify variation orders to minimize cost risks.
• Maintain detailed project cost trackers and reconcile materials to control budget.
• Coordinate with accounts to verify delivery orders against invoices for payment.
• Support end-to-end subcontract award process and assist in final account reconciliation.
