Job summary

EDIV Engineering & Trading PTE. LTD. is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to review construction plans, prepare quantity requirements, and support budget control across multiple sites in Singapore.

You will liaise with site managers, clients, contractors and subcontractors, prepare reports, contracts, budgets, risk assessments, and other documents. AutoCAD drafting knowledge is advantageous, and strong interpersonal, organizational and planning skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree OR Polytechnic Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Construction, M&E services knowledge and experience in AutoCAD drafting are advantageous.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to organize, plan, and strategize.
