Job summary

BEST M&E ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a responsible, organised Admin cum Engineer to support electrical and M&E projects in Singapore. You will handle project documentation, procurement coordination, and communications with clients and site teams.

The role involves assisting Project Managers and Engineers with coordination, preparing progress claims and quotations, and maintaining accurate project records. Fresh graduates with a strong technical background are welcome.

Qualifications

Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related M&E field.
Previous experience in M&E / Electrical construction projects is a plus.
Proficient with MS Office, Excel, Word and AutoCAD.
Strong communication, coordination and organisational skills.
Fresh graduates with strong technical background are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day office administration and project documentation.
Prepare quotations, purchase orders, invoices, reports and other project documents.
Assist Project Managers and Engineers with project coordination and admin matters.
Prepare and maintain project records, drawings, schedules, and BOM items.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and site teams.
Assist with material procurement, delivery coordination and tracking.
Review basic engineering drawings, specifications, and BOQ items.
Assist in preparing progress claims, variation orders, quotations and other commercial docs.
Monitor project progress and follow up on submissions and approvals.
Maintain filing of company and project documents.
Perform other admin and engineering duties as assigned.
