Job summary

Elitez & Associates Pte. Ltd. is seeking a seasoned professional to lead M&E activities for construction projects in Singapore.

You will oversee planning, installation, testing and commissioning of M&E systems, coordinating with consultants, main contractors and clients to resolve technical issues. Applicants should have a Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with several years of M&E and project management experience, plus strong knowledge of M&E installation, testing and

Qualifications

Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
With several years of M&E, project management experience.
Experience managing and coordinating M&E works for building or construction projects.
Strong knowledge of M&E systems, installation, testing and commissioning.

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee all Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works for construction projects.
Plan, coordinate and supervise M&E installation, testing and commissioning works.
Coordinate with consultants, main contractors, subcontractors and clients to resolve technical issues.
Monitor project progress, schedules, costs and manpower allocation.
Review M&E drawings, technical submissions and method statements.
Conduct site inspections and ensure work quality meets project standards.
Manage subcontractors and ensure timely completion of works.
