Job summary

YONG LEE PLUMBING&SANITARY PTE. LTD. is seeking an on-site engineer to manage and coordinate M&E and P&S works. The role involves supervising installation, integration, and commissioning, while liaising with consultants, clients, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.

The successful candidate will review drawings and method statements, ensure compliance with project specs, and uphold safety with local regulations. 3+ years in engineering consultancy is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in Engineering Consultancy.
• Solid understanding in Mechanical, Electrical or Plumbing & Sanitary.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate M&E, P&S-related works on site.
• Supervise installation, integration, and commissioning works in your area of expertise.
• Liaise with consultants, clients, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Review technical drawings, method statements, and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Ensure all works comply with safety regulations and local authority requirements.
