Job summary

EDIV ENGINEERING & TRADING PTE LTD is seeking a Project Manager with a Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering and at least 5 years of experience in M&E works. You will plan and manage projects, coordinate with consultants and owners, and ensure timely handover with high quality standards at optimum cost.

Strong cost control and project management skills are essential. Based in Singapore, the role involves coordinating daily site activities and ensuring monthly progress claims are submitted

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or its equivalents.
• Good capabilities in project management and cost control.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in M&E works.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth execution of project
• Plan and manage the project
• Ensure timely submission of monthly progress claim
• Plan and manage daily site activities
• Liaise with Consultants and Owner in all matters related to the project
• Ensure timely hand-over of project while maintaining high quality standard at optimum cost
