Job summary

HPC Builders PTE. LTD.

in Singapore seeks a qualified and experienced mechanical and electrical (M&E) engineer to oversee all M&E trades, review specs, plan and supervise works. The candidate should hold a degree in mechanical or electrical engineering recognized by the Professional Engineer Board and have at least 5 years of relevant M&E experience, with AutoCAD being an advantage and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Degree from universities in mechanical or electrical engineering recognized by the Professional Engineer Board.
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience of M&E works.
• Use of AutoCAD would be an advantage.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
• Good communicative skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Review project specifications and technical clarifications
• Prepare method statements and check drawing discrepancies
• Carry out project planning, design, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation
• Supervise the M & E works and coordinate with client’s representatives, consultants and sub-contractors on technical matters
• Ensure timely and smooth progress of works
• Ensure quality of works and safety & environmental regulations are complied with
• Ensure project activities complied with the Company’s ISO system
