Job summary

Randstad Singapore is seeking an experienced M&E Engineering Manager to lead and oversee all mechanical and electrical engineering activities on construction projects in Singapore. The role requires ensuring installation, commissioning, and integration align with design drawings and schedules.

Candidate should have a strong background in M&E construction, regulatory compliance, and safety procedures, with immediate availability preferred for a fast-paced project environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
• Min 4 years M&E construction experience in building/LTA projects.
• Min 10 years of M&E projects for managerial position.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all M&E engineering activities in construction projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications, approved drawings, and project timelines.
• Design of M&E systems installation and commissioning.
• Monitor and track the progress of M&E works.
• Ensure seamless integration of M&E systems with other building components.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, building codes, and quality assurance requirements (e.g., CONQUAS, QM).
• Ensure M&E works comply with Safe Work Procedures and safety regulations.
• Prepare and submit M&E-related documentation, reports, and progress updates as required by the project schedule.
