Job summary

RRECRUITER INT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Project Engineer/Manager to oversee M&E works from design through installation, testing, commissioning and handover in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or related discipline, preferably recognized by the Singapore PE Board.
• M&E experience in Singapore building and construction projects.
• Experience in healthcare, HDB, high-rise, or design-and-build projects is advantageous.
• Familiar with AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, and M&E coordination drawings.
• Strong communication, coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage M&E works from design through installation, testing, commissioning, and handover.
• Review drawings, technical submissions, RFIs/RFAs, and method statements.
• Coordinate HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and other building services.
• Monitor site progress, quality, materials, procurement, and project schedules.
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and clients to resolve technical issues.
• Manage project documentation, cost control, variations, and progress claims.
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, safety, and authority requirements.
• Conduct QA/QC inspections and maintain testing and handover records.
• Support project meetings, approvals, commissioning, and final completion.
