HITACHI AQUA-TECH ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable M&E supervisor to coordinate with clients and subcontractors, ensuring the quality and schedule of ACMV/HVAC-related works.

The role requires strong knowledge of M&E drawings and local construction practices, with emphasis on timely submissions and effective communication across management levels. You will oversee junior supervisors, maintain daily records, and prepare progress reports for consultants and owners, while ensuring safety

Formación

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of M&E experience in ACMV/HVAC and maintenance of air-con.
• Strong knowledge of M&E details, drawings and local construction practices.
• Conversant with local codes and regulations.
• Team player with analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Timely submission and communication with all levels of management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and IT software.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate with clients to supervise work ensuring quality and schedule compliance with laws and regulations.
• Understand design objectives, systems and budgets for projects.
• Coordinate with suppliers/sub-contractors for tender specifications and quotations.
• Check equipment/material compliance with specifications and drawings.
• Prepare weekly work schedules and documents.
• Ensure proper execution of temporary works as planned.
• Supervise workmen and subcontractors to meet standards of building performance, time, cost and safety.
