Job summary

MEN'SPOOL ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. seeks a motivated M&E Coordinator to oversee the execution, procurement, and management of specialized mechanical and electrical fluid/piping systems, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

You will attend site meetings, forecast materials three months in advance, manage subcontractor contracts, monitor progress, apply value engineering, and support sales with technical input to align project execution with client requirements.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in M&E systems and site procedures.
• Experience with pumps, piping networks, or fluid management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Attend site meetings and inspections to coordinate daily M&E installations.
• Forecast materials 3 months in advance to secure long-lead items.
• Ensure all M&E work complies with regulations and quality standards.
• Manage subcontractor contracts and resolve site disputes.
• Provide progress updates and material tracking to management.
• Apply value engineering to optimize system designs and costs.
• Assist project managers in meeting timelines and budgets.
• Support sales and estimation with technical input to align execution with client requirements.
