Job summary

GLOBALWIDE INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. is seeking an on-site M&E Coordinator to oversee mechanical and electrical works, coordinate with consultants and subcontractors, and guide site supervisors to meet schedule, quality and safety targets.

You will prepare method statements, reports, and essential documentation for project owners and consultants. Ideal candidates will have a Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics Engineering or Specialist Diploma in M&E Coordination, with at least 3

Qualifications

Clear communication and collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
Ability to adapt and propose practical solutions.
Proficiency in documentation and reporting.
Familiarity with engineering drawing and M&E coordination processes.

Responsibilities

Coordinate Mechanical and Electrical works with consultant and sub-contractors on-site.
Oversee all related M&E issues on site.
Provide guidance to site supervisors in relation to M&E works, and ensure progress according to schedule, quality and safety standards.
Carry out site inspections and timely resolve technical issues.
Assist Project Manager in planning, managing and execution of M&E construction activities.
Ensure the timely preparation of method statements, project progress reports and other documentation required by consultants and project owners.
Attend meetings with consultants, owners and other stakeholders.
Any adhoc duties as assigned.
