Job summary

KTC Civil Engineering & Construction Pte Ltd seeks a site-focused engineer to lead M&E coordination on multiple projects in Singapore. You will interpret designs, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage on-site M&E activities with contractors and clients.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, at least 3 years of relevant experience, and NAVISWORK proficiency. Applicants should be proactive, safety-conscious and capable of reporting progress and challenges

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in NAVISWORK is required.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for accomplishing the project objectives within scope, time, cost and quality.
• Interpret technical designs and drawings for construction on-site; ensure compliance with regulations and clients’ specifications.
• Ensure the project complies with regulations and clients’ specifications.
• Coordinate M&E services and prepare CSD/SEM drawings for submission.
• Coordinate the integration of Civil, Architectural and M&E works on site with clients, consultations and subcontractors.
• Plan, develop and monitor work schedules to ensure timely completion of allocated tasks and schedules.
• Prepare reports to clients and project manager on progress, delays, defects and rectification measures for the M&E works.
• Provide technical advice and resolve M&E technical issues.
• Reporting the progress of M&E works and arranging site inspections with system-wide contractors, sub-contractors and clerk-of-works.
• Adhere to safety and health regulations and aim for zero accident in the workplace.
• Ensure safety and housekeeping is to be maintained to the highest standard.
• Undertake other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.
