Job summary

VNS ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. seeks a site supervisor to oversee M&E activities on active projects in Singapore.

You will coordinate mechanical and electrical works with other trades, plan daily activities, and allocate manpower, materials, tools, and equipment to meet deadlines. You will collaborate with consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and site management while ensuring compliance with safety procedures and project schedules.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily M&E site activities and manpower.
• Coordinate mechanical and electrical works with civil, architectural, structural, and other trades.
• Plan daily work activities and allocate manpower, materials, tools, and equipment.
• Coordinate with consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and site management.
• Ensure work is completed according to the project schedule.
• Implement site safety requirements and ensure workers comply with safety procedures.
• Support testing, commissioning, authority inspections, and project handover activities.
