M&E Project Coordination Engineer

Job summary

Takenaka Singapore is seeking a Site Supervisor to lead M&E services on projects in Singapore East (Changi). You will coordinate with internal teams to meet tender and project schedules and supervise on-site activities.

You will engage subcontractors and consultants for method statements, drawings, materials and progress, attend site meetings, and ensure compliance with all codes, standards and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Electronics or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of relevant working experience
• Prior A&A, airport and office buildings related projects preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Candidates will be considered for the role based on their relevant qualifications, skills, and years of experience

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising and coordinating M&E services work to meet project/tender schedules.
• Handle project supervision and documentation.
• Engage and liaise with sub-contractors and consultants for submission of method statements, drawings, materials, samples, and work progress etc.
• Attend progress/site/meetings as required.
• Ensure compliance with all necessary standards, code of practice and safety regulations.
• Be involved in overall project planning and scheduling for M&E works.
• Handle any other ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned
